An Act relating to mutual aid for roadway reconstruction.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

In subsection (a) of Section 4K of chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, the definition of “public works incident” is hereby amended by inserting after the word “disaster,” the following words:-  or other circumstance.
