An Act increasing the membership of the city of Lowell board of license commissioners from 3 to 5 members.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 26 of chapter 383 of the acts of 1921 is hereby amended as follows:-

That the phrase “The present board of license commissioners is hereby continued,” shall be deleted and replaced with “The board of license commissioners shall consist of five members.”

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
