An Act to amend the fine for failing to obtain or renew a license to operate an open air parking lot.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 56 of Chapter 148 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 22 by striking out the words "three hundred" and inserting in place thereof the words:- one thousand
