An Act to allow for additional liquor licenses in cities and towns.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 17 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is amended by striking the phrase "one thousand" in line 7 and inserting in its place, "seven hundred fifty"
