An Act designating New England clam chowder as the official state dish of the commonwealth.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 2 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following new section:-

Section 61.  New England clam chowder shall be the official state dish of the commonwealth.
