An Act clarifying benefits under age extensions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 32 of the General Laws,as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition is hearby amended by adding the following section;-
Section 106. Notwithstanding any general or special laws to the contrary, any member in service classified in Group 4 who remains employed as a group 4 member beyond the mandatory retirement age through a special act is not eligible for benefits under sections 7, 94, 94A and 94B of chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws.
