An Act relative to the protection of water supply on Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 262 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended by striking out section 10 and inserting, in place thereof, the following section:

SECTION 10.  Regulations promulgated under subsection (k) of section 2 of chapter 128 of the General Laws shall be completed by January 1, 2014.  Rules, regulations, ordinances and by-laws promulgated under section 9 shall be completed by (1) December 31, 2014 or (2) within 1 year of the effective date of regulations promulgated under said subsection (k) of said section 2 of said chapter 128, whichever is later.
