An Act designating a certain intersection in the town of Uxbridge in honor of Edward Sullivan.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to erect a suitable marker at the intersection of Route 122 and Hartford Avenue in the town of Uxbridge in honor of Private Edward Sullivan, United States Marine Corps, Recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor, 1898.
