An Act relative to the Registry of Motor Vehicles in the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
540 CMR: REGISTRY OF MOTOR VEHICLES
4.04: Procedures for Inspection of Non-commercial Motor Vehicles
(2) Inspection of the Vehicle
(b) License plate(s), is hereby amended by adding the following clause:- " If the vehicle has been issued 2 plates , any decorative license plate (Boston Strong as 1 example) may be affixed to the front of the vehicle so long as the front plate issued by the Registry of Motor Vehicles is removed from the vehicle."
