An Act to prevent retroactive loss of ConnectorCare coverage.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: Section 3 of Chapter 176Q of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding to the end of clause (b) the following: “; provided further that health insurance coverage for individuals at or below 300 per cent of the federal poverty guidelines receiving said subsidies shall not be retroactively terminated.”
