In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act relative to the Health Care Security Trust Board of Trustees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 ( d ) of Chapter 29D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “7 trustees” and inserting in place thereof “8 trustees”.
SECTION 2. Section 4(d) of said Chapter 29D is hereby amended by striking out the words “and 2 additional trustees” and inserting in place thereof “3 additional trustees”.
SECTION 3. Section 4(d) of said Chapter 29D is hereby amended by inserting after the words “1 of whom shall be appointed by the state treasurer” the following words:- 1 of whom shall be a member and appointed by the Massachusetts Municipal Association
