An Act relative to in-state tuition retention for UMMS.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 75 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 1A the following:

Section 1B:  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the University of Massachusetts Medical School shall retain all in-state tuition and mandatory general attendance fees charged to students, provided that general attendance fees shall not include charges for health insurance.
