An Act relative to the John and Abigail Adams Scholarship Program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 16 of Chapter 15A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-
The John and Abigail Adams scholarship program administered by the Board of Education shall not award scholarships to any student whose family’s income exceeds $250,000 per year.
