An Act relative to the housing development incentive program.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 40V of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by striking out the text in lines 31-34 and inserting in place thereof the following:- "Substantial rehabilitation" and "substantially rehabilitated", the needed major redevelopment, repair and new construction, excluding the purchase of the property, as determined by the department of housing and community development.
