An Act relative to condo association meetings.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 183A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:-

Section 23.  A condominium complex consisting of 10 or more units may hold a legal annual condominium association meeting with at least 25 per cent of the unit owners present or voting by proxy at such meeting and any vote taken at such shall constitute a legal and binding vote.
