An Act relative to public housing restrictions for sex offenders.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 26 of chapter 121B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (o), the following subsection:—

(p) Shall deny access to public housing facilities that are subsidized by the commonwealth for all persons who have been convicted of Level 2 or Level 3 sex offenses in the commonwealth.
