An Act relative to public housing determination for veterans.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 121B Section 32, is hereby amended by inserting the following at the end of the fifth paragraph: notwithstanding any other laws to the contrary, benefits received by veterans and/or their spouses as a result of eligibilty for such benefits under Chapter 115 shall be excluded for purposes of rent determination.
