An Act relative to housing types considered affordable under Chapter 40B.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 40B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-
The Department of Housing and Economic Development shall include Section 8 Housing Vouchers in addition to already cited applicable affordable housing types.
