An Act relative to court fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 Section 3 of Chapter 90C of the Massachusetts general laws is hereby amended by adding at the end of Paragraph (4) of Subsection (A), the following:
In the event the alleged violator is found innocent of the infraction, the court fee of $25 will be fully refunded.
