An Act relative to leasing of residential property.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 15B of chapter 186 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-
(10) The provisions of this section shall not apply to any term of a lease or rental agreement which is less than 365 days and if the residential property is the homeowner’s primary residence.
