An Act Relative to the Unauthorized use of Town Seal; Making or Possessing Badge of Town Officer.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Section 35 of Chapter 268 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the words “shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars” and inserting the words: “shall be punished by a fine of not less than $500 or incarceration in a House of Correction for not more than 6 months, or both”
