An Act prohibiting operating a motor vehicle under the influence of inhalants.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 24 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 8 by deleting the words “the vapors of glue” and inserting in place thereof the following:-

intentionally smelling or inhaling the fumes of any substance having the property of releasing toxic vapors, as defined in section 18 of chapter 270,
