An Act to establish the changing of determination standard for the Department of Children and Families.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 51B of chapter 119 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “reasonable cause to believe”, in lines 20, lines 22 and 23, line 33, lines 39 and 40, line 50, lines 88 and 89 and in line 93, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:-  no reasonable doubt.
