An Act relative to juvenile intimidation of witnesses.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Chapter 119 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended in the third paragraph of section 54 by adding after the words “chapter two hundred and sixty-nine,” in first sentence the following:-  or the person has committed a violation of section thirteen B of chapter two hundred and sixty-eight,

SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect upon its passage.
