An Act relative to court filing fees for noncriminal offenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (4) of subsection (A) of section 3 of Chapter 90C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out, in line 36, “together with a $25 court filing fee”.
SECTION 2. Said paragraph of subsection (A) of section 3 of Chapter 90C, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out lines 38 to 47
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect 90 days after its passage
