An Act relative to community corrections.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. The first sentence of section 3 (a) of chapter 211F as so appearing in the 2012 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word "offender" the following words ", including any inmate or detainee awaiting trial while held in custody at a county correctional facility,"
