An Act relative to the further protection of personal property by motor vehicle damage.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 90, Section 24 (2) (a) of the Massachusetts General Laws, 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the following language “twenty dollars not more than two hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not less than two weeks nor more than two years, or both ;” and inserting the following words: - two thousand dollars nor more than five thousand dollars, or by imprisonment for not less than six months nor more than two years, or both
