An Act relative to manslaughter while operating a motor vehicle.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 13 1/2 of chapter 265 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the number "5", in lines 4 and 6 and 9, and inserting in place thereof the number "10".
