An Act relative to child victim confidentiality.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 24C of chapter 265 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the figure “265”, in line 8, the following words:- , or an arrest, investigation or complaint for assault and battery upon a child under section 13J.
