An Act relative to counsel appointed to habitual offender cases.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 of chapter 211D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words, “homicide cases”, the following:- and cases relative to section 25 of chapter 279
