An Act relative to the position of Assistant Clerk in the First District Court of Eastern Worcester.

 

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to  increase forthwith the number of assistant clerk positions in the first district court of eastern Worcester, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 10 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 20, the words “first district court of eastern Worcester”.

SECTION 2. The second paragraph of said section 10 of said chapter 218, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the line reading “first district court of northern Middlesex;” the following line:- first district court of eastern Worcester;.
