An Act relative to the rescue of foals.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 78A of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- This section shall not apply to the transfer of ownership of foals under 5 months by shelters as defined in section 136A of chapter 140, to provide care to a foal.
