An Act relative to juror service.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 4 of chapter 234A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by adding after subsection 8, the following new subsection:-

9.  Such person is the sole owner of a business and said person’s juror service would require said person to close the business.
