An Act regarding blighted properties in historic landmark districts.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Any property owner who leaves a piece of real property, located in a historic landmark district, dormant for at least ten years, must repurpose said property or transfer said property to the division of capital asset management for repurposing by department of housing and community development.
