An Act relative to the parental rights of survivors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, a person convicted of a violation of section 22, 22A, 22B, 22C, 23, 23A, or 23B of Chapter 265 of the General Laws and who is the biological parent of a child that is the product of said crime, shall have no parental rights with respect to said child.
