An Act allowing for private arbitration for all parties involved in residential contracting.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3(b) of Chapter 142A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “owner” the following words:- “, contractor or subcontractor”.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon passage.
