An Act Updating Chapter 268 Section 35.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 35 of chapter 268 is hereby amended by striking the words, “shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following:
shall be punished by a fine of not more than two thousand dollars.
