An Act relative to persons authorized to officiate marriage ceremonies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 38 of Chapter 207 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “faith”, in line 6, the following words:- ; any sitting justice of the Massachusetts Trial Court, Appeals Court or Supreme Judicial Court;
