An Act relative to evidence.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of Chapter 276 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the phrase “does not issue” the following: “or unless a judge determines that no testimonial privilege applies and the evidence is necessary to a criminal investigation.”
