An Act relative to impersonating police officers and other officials.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 33 of chapter 268, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 12 and 13, the words " for not more than one year " and inserting in place thereof the following:—   in state prison for not more than 2 years
