Chapter 234 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 34(c), the following section:-
Section 34d. In all criminal proceedings, the court shall permit the defendant to inform the jury of its right to judge the facts and the application of the law in relation to the facts by providing a specific nullification instruction to the jury. The instruction shall further inform jurors of their right to refuse to enforce unjust or unjustly applied laws.
