An Act to require timely recourse to deficiency judgments after foreclosure.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 17A of chapter 244 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended as follows:- by striking the words "two years" in line 8 and substituting the words "three months," and by striking the words "two years" in line 10 and substituting the words "three months."
