An Act regarding construction supervisor licenses.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Construction Supervisor licenses issued under 110.R5.2.4, upon renewal shall expire two years from the date of issuance, regardless of a previously expired license issued under said 110.R5.2.4, provided the applicant issues a payment of a fee per 780 CMR.
