An Act relative to the repeal of certain archaic laws.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 16A of Chapter 264 of the General Laws, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. Section 34 of Chapter 265 of the General Laws, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. Section 14 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 4. Section 18 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 5. Section 26 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 6. Section 36 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws, is hereby repealed.
