An Act relative to the reform of archaic laws implicating certain private consensual intimate conduct between adults.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 34 of chapter 272 of the General Laws is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. Section 35 of chapter 272 of the General Laws is hereby repealed.
