An Act relative to commitments and the appeal of those commitments.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (a) of section 9 of chapter 123 is hereby amended by striking out the words, “appellate division of the district courts in the same manner as civil cases generally”, and inserting in place thereof the words:- "Appeals Court"
