In the One Hundred and Eighty-Ninth General Court

An Act relative to enforcement of condominium laws.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 183A of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
Section 23. The attorney general shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and, in order to do so, may investigate claims of noncompliance, assess civil penalties of fines for noncompliance and promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out this section.
