An Act relative to compensation for assistant clerks and assistant registrars acting as magistrates.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 62B of chapter 221 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding, at the end of the third paragraph, the following sentence:- "Said assistant clerk, temporary clerk, temporary assistant clerk, or assistant registrar shall receive in addition to the salary paid to them, a sum equivalent to ten percent of the salary of the Clerk or Registrar."
