An Act clarifying a designated offense under the state’s wiretap statute.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
General Laws Chapter 272, section 99 is hereby amended by deleting the words “in connection with organized crime” in the definition of a designated offense in paragraph 7 under section B.
