An Act to amend Section 20C, Chapter 148 of the General Laws relative to liability for damages caused by blasting.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 20C of Chapter 148 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the words “or compaction operation” after the words “blasting operation.”
